Terms of Use

Crypto Leverage Hub provides research and calculation tools for evaluating crypto futures products. It does not open positions, hold funds, execute withdrawals or act on instructions in an exchange account.

Using the research and tools

You may read the articles, run the public calculators and use the research downloads within the permissions stated for each material. You do not need a website account to do so. The legal notice identifies the publication; the contact page provides the route for questions about these terms or a problem with the service.

The website is not an exchange, broker or personal advisory service. A recommendation addresses the scenario explained on its page. It is not an instruction to trade or a promise that a particular person qualifies for the product. Your residence, account classification and the exchange’s current rules can change what you can use.

What a calculated result establishes

Calculators combine your inputs with the assumptions and data identified on the tool. A margin estimate is not an exchange-approved borrowing limit; a liquidation estimate is not a guaranteed trigger price. Fees, funding, collateral changes and the account’s other positions may alter the actual result. The tool’s stated model determines which of those effects it includes.

Public order-book observations describe available data at the recorded time. They do not reserve liquidity or guarantee a fill. Missing data should remain visibly incomplete rather than becoming a zero cost. If a result appears inconsistent, report the tool, inputs and expected outcome so the calculation can be investigated.

Research editions have their own observation periods and versions. An archived report retains its original observations when exchange conditions change. Use the edition and date when citing a number, and read a current product rule before relying on a historical comparison for a new trade.

Permissions depend on the material

Compiled research datasets marked CC BY 4.0 may be shared and adapted, including commercially, subject to that license. Give appropriate credit, link the license and identify changes. Cite the report title and edition so others can trace the figures; attribution must not suggest that the publication endorses your work. The license for a qualifying released dataset is not withdrawn by a later website-policy change.

That dataset permission does not automatically cover every article, photograph, illustration or interface on this site. Link to editorial pages and identify the source of quotations. For republication beyond permissions already granted or uses allowed by applicable law, request permission instead of assuming a whole article can be copied.

Exchange logos, documentation and third-party screenshots retain their respective rights. A downloadable dataset may contain facts derived from those sources without granting rights to redistribute an entire linked document. Check the notice accompanying the particular material when combining it with another publication.

Automated access without disrupting the service

Prefer a fixed dataset download when you need to reproduce a published study. The site no longer offers live market or funding lookups. Cache reusable responses, keep request volumes proportionate and follow any rate-limit response. An HTTP 429 response means requests must slow down; Retry-After indicates when to retry where provided.

Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or disguise requests to evade its limits. The application has endpoint-specific quotas, while the published host may apply additional protection. Those controls can change to protect availability. A temporary block or interrupted response is not evidence about exchange liquidity.

No public endpoint is offered with a guaranteed service level. If an automated process depends on the data, handle unavailable or incomplete responses explicitly and preserve the source date instead of silently substituting a new value.

External products and commercial links

A visit through an affiliate link may compensate the publication. It does not guarantee a bonus, fee reduction, account approval or customer support from us. Any offer depends on the exchange’s terms and your eligibility. The affiliate disclosure explains the commercial relationship.

Deposits, trading permissions and disputes with a venue are governed by the service you choose. Contact that venue for account matters. Do not send assets to an address merely because it appears in an example or assume this website can reverse a transaction.

Applicable law, changes and contact

Pages, tools and downloadable datasets may be corrected, changed or withdrawn as product rules, evidence or maintenance needs change. Material research corrections are recorded separately from these website terms. The review date below identifies the current text.

These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived. These terms do not designate an exclusive court or governing jurisdiction. Send a terms, permission or service enquiry to hi@cryptoleveragehub.com and identify the page or material concerned. Privacy requests are covered by the separate privacy policy.

API limits and license references

The reviewed application uses the following request windows where client identification is available. These are application limits, not a promise about the final host’s additional controls. The WordPress installation on Hostinger needs its own verified request limits.

Market snapshots and country research
60 requests per 60 seconds; burst limit of 20 per 10 seconds.
Funding history
30 per 60 seconds; burst limit of 10 per 10 seconds.
Dataset and monthly execution
20 per 60 seconds; burst limit of 5 per 10 seconds.
Capacity, access-index and statistics reports
30 per 60 seconds; burst limit of 8 per 10 seconds.

Download fixed research editions. The license attached to the selected edition controls its reuse: CC BY 4.0 summary and legal text.
