Best Crypto Exchange For Futures in Bangladesh

Short Answer

For a resident funding crypto futures from Bangladesh, there is no platform we can recommend under the Bangladesh Bank rules reviewed here. Offshore apps and BDT advertisements do not make those transactions permitted.

The 2026 blockchain policy did not open a retail futures market. Below we explain the exchange restrictions, USDT questions and what to do if you already have an account or payment problem.

The exchange answer

Which crypto futures exchange can a Bangladesh resident use?

We do not recommend a real-money crypto futures account funded from Bangladesh. The obstacle comes before comparing leverage or commission: Bangladesh Bank’s instructions prohibit transactions in, from or to the country to obtain virtual assets and the facilitation of their exchange, transfer or trading.

This is different from claiming that every foreign trading website is physically inaccessible. An app may open, display prices or present BDT advertisements while the underlying transaction remains restricted. The useful question is whether the complete activity is permitted, not whether the registration page loads.

What the platform evidence actually establishes
ServiceFinding relevant to BangladeshDecision
Kraken derivativesBangladesh is explicitly excluded from its international derivatives service. Not a local futures choice.
Crypto.com Exchange derivativesIts derivatives restriction list also names Bangladesh.Do not infer access from an ordinary app account.
Binance P2PIts global policy refers to BDT transactions.A currency reference is not Bangladesh Bank permission.
BybitThe general exclusion list is not a Bangladesh approval document. An absent country name does not resolve the domestic restriction.

The difference matters when reading rankings. A comparison that assigns a winner solely because it offers many coins or 100x leverage has skipped the part that determines whether a resident can use the recommendation. A higher score cannot repair that omission.

02
The 2026 policy

Did the 2026 blockchain policy legalise crypto trading?

No. The National Blockchain Policy promotes uses of blockchain technology, but it leaves cryptocurrency trading, exchanges and the legal status of currencies outside its own scope. Section 7.4 retains the authority of the financial regulators, including Bangladesh Bank.

A simple way to understand the distinction is to separate the technology from the investment. A system can verify a university credential using a blockchain without giving the public permission to fund an offshore Bitcoin futures account. The word blockchain appears in both discussions, but the activities are different.

A large open policy document has bookmarks at sections 1.3.3 and 7.4, with the words technology policy and financial permissions shown on separate pages.
The relevant sections are about the policy’s scope and who regulates financial activity. They do not announce a retail futures launch.

Treat a claim that “crypto is legal now” as incomplete unless it identifies the actual new permission and the transaction it covers. A consultation, technology plan or speech is not interchangeable with a rule changing how residents may buy, transfer or trade tokens.

03
BDT and P2P

Why do Binance, BDT and bKash appear together online?

P2P means trading directly with another user. On a typical marketplace, the platform holds the seller’s crypto during the order while the buyer pays through a separate payment service. The seller’s advertisement supplies the price and payment instructions; it is not the same thing as a bank offering an approved crypto investment.

Binance’s own transaction policy refers to BDT and makes the buyer responsible for applicable payment-provider charges in those transactions. This shows that a platform can describe a currency-specific process. It does not establish that a Bangladeshi bank, wallet provider or regulator endorses it.

Escrow does not protect every part of the transaction

Escrow can help with the release of the coins held by the marketplace. It cannot force a bank to accept an activity, remove a payment-provider restriction or guarantee that a disputed local transfer will be reversed. These are separate problems even when the advertisement presents them as one smooth purchase.

Bangladesh Bank’s banking guidance specifically discusses foreign virtual-asset providers using local customer accounts for purchases, resale and P2P activity. It tells banks to stop facilitating those activities and increase monitoring. A domestic account number at the other end is therefore not a loophole in that instruction.

A bKash logo is not a merchant approval

bKash lists virtual currencies among the goods and services merchants must not accept payment for. It reserves the right to act against merchants involved. Someone displaying the logo beside a USDT price is making an advertising claim; the logo does not establish permission to sell tokens through the service.

Do not hand over your wallet credentials, identity documents or account to a seller who says they will “handle everything.” Payment and trading accounts should not be rented out to move another person’s funds. bKash’s app terms make the user responsible for activity through their PIN and OTP and prohibit sharing those credentials.

04
USDT questions

USDT, freelance income and existing balances

USDT is a privately issued token designed to track the dollar. Seeing a value close to one dollar does not make it a US bank deposit or a recognised foreign-currency account. A BTC/USDT futures position can still lose money as Bitcoin moves, even if USDT’s own price stays close to its target.

Can freelance earnings stay abroad to fund futures?

Bangladesh Bank’s circular expressly addresses retaining export proceeds abroad, including in virtual assets and crypto-denominated accounts. A freelancer should not assume that keeping a client payment on an exchange makes it separate from those rules. Use the authorised bank handling the earnings to resolve the lawful receipt and reporting route.

What if the crypto was bought years ago?

An existing balance deserves an individual exit and compliance review, not a fresh signup recommendation. The right next step depends on where the funds came from, where you now live, whether there are open positions and which provider holds the assets. A general country guide cannot declare every historical balance lawful or give a guaranteed cash-out method.

Separate the trading question from the custody question. Closing an open derivative, transferring a token and receiving taka into a local account are three different actions. Ask the provider which actions remain available for your actual account, preserve its response, and obtain local advice on the permitted way to deal with the funds.

05
A worked example

Understand a futures result without sending money

You can understand the trade mechanics using a written example and public prices, without funding an account or pretending to live somewhere else. The exercise is especially useful when a signal group shows a large percentage gain but never explains the amount that was at risk.

Take an imaginary 100 USDT account. Allocate 20 USDT to a 200 USDT long position, which is 10x the amount set aside. If the underlying price rises 3%, the position gains about 6 USDT before costs. That is 30% of the allocated 20, but only 6% of the original 100 account balance.

A magnifying lens highlights a 30 percent return on 20 USDT of allocated margin, while the wider example account gains 6 percent on 100 USDT before costs.
The same hypothetical gain can produce very different percentages. Ask what amount the percentage is measured against; no real trade or withdrawal is shown.

Now reverse the price move. A 3% fall loses about 6 USDT before costs. A 10x label did not make the price prediction more accurate; it made a small market move large relative to the allocated amount. Actual platforms can close positions before all that margin disappears, according to their maintenance requirements.

Include costs in the exercise

For illustration only, assume a 0.05% execution fee on each side and no funding payment. Opening 200 USDT costs 0.10. If the long position closes after the 3% rise, its closing value is 206 USDT and the closing fee is 0.103. The net gain is 5.797, not the headline 6 USDT. These are invented inputs for learning, not a tariff offered to Bangladesh residents.

Write down the entry, intended exit, trade size, fee assumption and result before changing anything. If you adjust the imagined entry after seeing the later price, you are testing hindsight rather than a repeatable decision. A useful practice record includes losing examples and missed entries as well as wins.

A screenshot with a large profit percentage does not establish that the person can withdraw that profit, that all their trades made money or that the account belongs to them. This example helps you interpret the arithmetic; it is not evidence that paid trading access has become available locally.

06
Existing problems

Already paid someone or facing an account problem?

First identify which organisation can see the event. The exchange can inspect its order and asset release. A bank or wallet provider can inspect the payment it processed. Giving only a crypto wallet address to a payment provider, or only a local receipt to an exchange, may leave out the identifier the recipient needs.

  • For a marketplace dispute, preserve the order number, chat and status of the crypto release.
  • For a bKash payment problem, preserve the transaction ID, amount, date and recipient details and use official customer service.
  • For an unauthorised login, secure the affected account through its own recovery process; never give a supposed helper your PIN or one-time code.

bKash lists 16247 and its official live chat among the support channels. Access them from the company’s own website or app. A person contacting you after a public complaint is not automatically part of the support team.

Describe the transaction accurately. Do not invent a different payment purpose because the original activity may have breached a rule. If funds are frozen or an authority is involved, preserve the messages and seek qualified local help rather than making further transfers to “test” a workaround.

07
Living abroad

Does this apply to Bangladeshis living overseas?

This guide addresses activity in, from or to Bangladesh. A Bangladeshi citizen genuinely resident in another country needs an assessment for that residence, the source of funds and the service being offered there. Citizenship, current location and the address registered on an exchange are related facts, but they are not interchangeable.

Use the country where you actually live when comparing product access and provide truthful documents. A provider may have separate identity, sanctions or nationality conditions as well. Foreign residence should not be inferred from a holiday, a foreign SIM card or access to someone else’s bank account.

For an overseas worker, the practical choice may therefore differ from the answer for a Dhaka resident funding trades locally. That is a reason to review the right country and account facts, not to change an address solely to unlock a blocked futures menu.

Local FAQ

Other Bangladesh futures questions

01Is a DEX treated differently just because it has no central account?

A wallet connection changes who holds the assets, not the purpose of the transaction. It does not establish an exception to the Bangladesh Bank instruction. This page does not recommend using a decentralised perpetual exchange to bypass that restriction.

02Does a dual-currency card authorise a crypto purchase?

The ability to make some foreign-currency payments is not permission for every type of purchase. A card being accepted by a checkout does not resolve the restrictions on the underlying token transaction.

03What should change before this page recommends an exchange?

There would need to be a current permission covering the resident activity, an eligible provider product and a compliant funding arrangement. A platform adding a Bangla help page or a BDT advertisement would not, on its own, satisfy those conditions.

04Did Bangladesh's 2026 blockchain policy legalise crypto futures?

No. The policy leaves cryptocurrency trading, exchanges and currency status outside its scope and retains the financial regulators' authority. It therefore does not override Bangladesh Bank's restrictions on transactions to obtain virtual assets. A BDT P2P advert or a Bangla-language exchange page does not change that conclusion.
